As a Senior Biofuels Broker, you will:

  • Design and implement a brokerage desk from scratch.
  • Develop your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling , and building long-term business relationships.
  • Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts.
  • Own your performance surpassing clear PnL goals.
  • Execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings , ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
  • Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights 

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage or trading in biofuels markets.
  • Fluent in English (another language is a plus).
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
