Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for various business use cases.
  • Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data for model training.
  • Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop Generative AI solutions such as chatbots, content generation, and recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI, ML, and LLMs.
  • Optimize model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Java or Python
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and Generative AI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformer).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and model deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes)
