Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. Responsibilities include promoting mobile phones and accessories, achieving sales targets, and managing product displays. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and staying updated on new product launches.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Capability to deliver Training sessions and product knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology is a plus
- 1-2 years of Mobile phone and Accessories sales experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
