Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our Group Procurement team. This role is responsible for managing sourcing events and supplier contracts that support business operations across IT, Marketing, and Service-based categories. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will apply best-in-class procurement techniques to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership, maintain strong supplier partnerships, and ensure procurement practices align with MMI/ELR's policies and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert advice to optimize value for money.
• Contribute to defining and implementing category strategies using market analysis and spend data.
• Plan and execute sourcing events, tenders, and eAuctions to deliver timely and cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including supplier pre-qualification, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting for all sourcing projects, contracts, and supplier activities.
• Assess procurement risks and ensure compliance with company Delegation of Authority (DoA).

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within an FMCG or large business environment.
• Demonstrated experience in Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Proficient in procurement software and data analysis tools.
• CIPS levels 2, 3 or 4
• Experience managing multiple projects, ideally using digital tools such as Asana.
