About Nova Motors

Nova Motors is a premium international car import and brokerage brand helping clients across the GCC import vehicles from the USA, Europe, and Asia.

We manage the full process, sourcing, inspection, shipping, customs, and delivery, offering a transparent, end-to-end service for high-value vehicle imports.

Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our network of independent, commission-based sales partners in the UAE.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced sales closers based in the UAE to work with us on a 100% commission-only basis.

This role is ideal for professionals who:

  • Are confident selling high-ticket services
  • Prefer flexibility and independence
  • Want uncapped earning potential

This role is not suitable for beginners or candidates seeking a fixed salary.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage potential clients interested in importing vehicles
  • Present Nova Motors' services clearly and professionally
  • Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and social media
  • Conduct initial qualification and negotiations
  • Coordinate with Nova Motors' operations team for pricing and approvals
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Maintain deal updates and follow-ups

All final pricing, approvals, and contracts are issued directly by Nova Motors.

Compensation & Structure

  • 100% commission-based
  • Paid per successfully closed deal
  • Higher commissions for B2B transactions
  • No earning cap
  • Flexible schedule, remote work
  • Full autonomy over your sales approach

Who We're Looking For

  • Based in the UAE
  • Proven sales experience (any field); automotive or high-ticket sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM, and social media
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Work Structure

  • Independent contractor role (not employment)
  • No base salary or benefits
  • Contractor is responsible for own visa and taxes
  • No authority to bind Nova Motors or issue guarantees
