Job Description:

Al Nukhba Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Stack Digital Marketing Expert to lead and manage the complete digital marketing strategy for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of independently handling multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple business entities.
  • Plan and manage online campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage websites (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify), landing pages, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and backlink strategies.

Set up and maintain CRM and email marketing automation workflows.

  • Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and third-party vendors as needed.

Ensure brand consistency and high-quality digital presence across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack digital marketing.
  • Proven track record managing multi-brand digital marketing strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge in:
  • SEO (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • CRM and automation tools
  • CMS (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Basic graphic editing and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
