The Construction Civil Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for civil and structural works. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support bidding, budgeting, and project planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Perform quantity take-offs for civil works including excavation, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure works.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare tender pricing, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams.
  • Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare clarification queries and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Support contract negotiations and post-award cost control handover.
  • Maintain historical cost data and estimation databases.
  • Assist in preparation of project budgets and cash flow forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
