Role Title: Corporate Travel Coordinator/Admin
Location: Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arranging travel bookings including flights, accommodation, transportation (including car rentals, trains, etc.), and other travel services for clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and client information.
  • Liaise with travel suppliers and partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
  • Help manage travel documentation such as visa applications and forms
  • Assist in marketing efforts such as updating social media, newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, data entry
  • Monitor travel trends and provide recommendations to improve service
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
  • Government and Regulatory Bodies - Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa rules, and safety protocols

Education and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or travel coordination roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or part-time experience in a travel agency is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of travel destinations, visa processes, travel documentation and industry trends

Technical Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills (multi-tasking, prioritizes tasks and meet deadlines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency computer skills (MS Office, email, calendar management, internet research)
  • Willingness to learn on travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre etc.)
  • Customer service mindset with a friendly and professional attitude. (Handles booking issues or client concerns calmly and efficiency)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Attention to detail (ensures accuracy in bookings, dates and client preferences)
