We are seeking a talented and experienced
Manager Digital Communications
. In this key role, you will develop and implement digital communication strategies to enhance EtihadWE' s online presence, engage stakeholders, and promote brand awareness. To add, to manage digital channels, create content, and leverage digital tools to effectively communicate with internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy aligned with the organization's goals, objectives, and target audience.
  • Identify digital communication channels, platforms, and tools to reach and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
  • Manage content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Manage EtihadWE' s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Develop social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the organization's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track user engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with stakeholders, promote events, and distribute newsletters.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyze digital communication metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative digital communication strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
