About the Role

Taif Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and support the growth of our business in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while strengthening the company's brand presence across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials, websites, and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the UAE, with experience in perfumes or FMCG.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong attention to detail.
