Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in managing conferences or large-scale events.
- Proven ability to maintain complex project timelines and provide progress reports.
- Hands-on experience with registration and abstract management systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and tracking skills with attention to detail.
- Clear, proactive communication, especially regarding risks and delays.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
