Summary:
The Project Manager - Conferences & Events is responsible for leading the planning and
delivery of major conferences and wide events. This role acts as a central point of
coordination across divisions, administrative units, and external partners to ensure that
each project is executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company’s
managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, Events, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event or project management, ideally within an educational entity.
- Strong understanding of conference planning, including managing logistics, programming, and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and administrative units.
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure during live event execution.
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
