INTRODUCTION

This is a part-time position within Nada Debs' flagship boutique in Dubai, UAE. The role is ideal for someone personable, reliable, and passionate about design who enjoys connecting with clients and representing a high-end brand.Working closely with the store manager, the Part-Time Sales Advisor will support the sales team during peak hours and weekends, ensuring that every client enjoys an exceptional in-store experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Part-Time Sales Advisor will represent the Nada Debs brand and contribute to retail sales during high-traffic periods. This is a hands-on, client-facing position where attentiveness, product knowledge, and professionalism are key. You will assist clients, handle sales transactions, support merchandising, and help maintain the store's presentation standards.

Work schedule:
Thursday – Sunday, 2 pm – 8 pm

Contract:
Monthly renewable

Location:
Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, UAE

Visa:
Candidates must already hold a valid UAE visa

Languages:
Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Sales & Client Interaction

·      Welcome clients warmly and offer assistance in line with Nada Debs' brand values.

·      Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

·      Assist in processing sales transactions and packaging purchases.

·      Support the team in preparing quotations and handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

·      Build rapport with clients and ensure a memorable experience in-store.

Store Support

·      Maintain the overall tidiness and presentation of the boutique.

·      Assist with gift wrapping, product restocking, and visual merchandising.

·      Ensure the display reflects current collections and seasonal themes.

·      Report customer feedback or issues to the Store Manager promptly.

Brand Representation

·      Communicate the Nada Debs story, craftsmanship, and design philosophy to visitors.

·      Uphold the tone, look, and feel of the brand at all times.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We are looking for someone with:

·      Prior experience in retail or hospitality (luxury or design-related experience preferred).

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.

·      A proactive, service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

·      A valid UAE visa (mandatory).

·      Availability to work Thursday to Sunday, 2 pm – 8 pm.

·      Willingness to commit to a monthly renewable contract.
