Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of parts needed for vehicle servicing and repairs. Your role will involve effective communication with service advisors and the floor team to fulfill parts requests promptly while securing the best available prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate closely with service advisors and the floor team to understand parts requirements.
  • Source and procure automotive parts in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the workshop to prioritize urgent part requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized parts storage area.
  • Handle returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect parts.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts if required.
  • Candidate on their own visa is preferred.

Salary Bracket: AED 2000 to AED 2500
