Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with a strong technology background in mobile application and software development. The role requires hands-on technical understanding combined with proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery ownership across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1.⁠ ⁠Technical Consulting & Architecture

Act as a technical advisor for mobile app and software development projects.

Review and validate system architecture, technology stack, and development approaches.

Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.

Provide guidance on scalability, security, performance, and best practices.

2.⁠ ⁠Project Management & Delivery Ownership

Own end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment and handover.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

3.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Conduct requirement discussions, technical walkthroughs, and solution presentations.

Manage expectations, handle change requests, and ensure alignment with business goals.

4.⁠ ⁠Team Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum).

Review sprint plans, monitor progress, and remove execution bottlenecks.

5.⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Ensure product quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and release validation.

Define and improve technical and project management processes.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and delivery metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong technical background in mobile application development (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native) and software development (web, backend, APIs).

5+ years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or related roles.

Proven experience in project management, preferably handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, cloud platforms, and integrations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients or enterprise-level projects.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
