Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area with a hybrid work model, allowing some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Consultant will analyze technical requirements, provide support to clients, ensure timely troubleshooting, and collaborate with teams to implement tailored solutions. The role will also involve consulting on best practices and assisting with technical sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience in Consulting with clients and understanding their technical and business requirements
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve client concerns effectively
- Exposure to Sales approaches and techniques in a technical service environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; experience in the Telecom or Banking sectors is a plus
