Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales opportunities by identifying, developing, quoting, and closing deals in line with annual targets

* Prepare commercial proposals, cost calculations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans in coordination with vendors and internal teams

* Review and negotiate contractual terms with customers and vendors in collaboration with the legal team

* Analyze market trends and provide regular sales updates to support sales strategy development

* Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships through regular engagement and site visits

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including projects, compliance, and administration to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and timely invoicing and payments

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and long-term business growth strategies

Ideal Profile

* Degree in Engineering with two to three years of experience in a similar sales or commercial role

* Experience in aftermarket tender bidding, proposal preparation, cost calculations, negotiations, and closing sales

* Good knowledge of parts, services, maintenance, and project business related to heavy machinery for industrial projects

* Proven ability to manage relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across disciplines

* Understanding of import and export trade processes including INCOTERMS

* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

* Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
