The school is judged as 'Outstanding' by British Schools Overseas, quality assured by OFSTED and Very Good by the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (KHDA).

This is a Senior Leadership Team role working with both secondary and primary leadership teams but specifically Head of Secondary and Principal.

Desired Candidate Profile

A passion for teaching and learning.

Previous experience of senior or middle leadership in a high performing school.

Bachelor s Degree plus PGCE with QTS or equivalent. Further post-graduate qualifications would be a distinct advantage.

A portfolio of excellence, demonstrating significant impact on attainment and progress, curriculum development and engagement with the school community.

A strong understanding of best practice in safeguarding, child protection and inclusive education.

English as a first language.

A commitment to creative and imaginative teaching where the progress of every learner is valued and maintained.
