About the Role

IHC is seeking a high-calibre PR Consultant / Account Lead to drive the communications strategy for a new, next-generation private-markets investment platform offering institutional-grade access to private equity, private credit, real estate and secondaries — at accessible ticket sizes for HNWIs and family offices.

This is not a consumer fintech role. It requires intellectual maturity, financial literacy, exceptional writing ability, and a deep understanding of private-markets narratives. You will work directly with senior leadership (CEO, Portfolio Manager, Investment Officers) of a sophisticated, fast-growing investment platform ready to challenge the region's traditional wealth-management ecosystem.

You will lead all PR, media, thought leadership and executive-visibility efforts — positioning the platform as the Middle East's modern alternative to legacy private-wealth firms.

Responsibilities

Strategic Communications


• Lead PR strategy for a private-markets investment platform targeting HNWIs, expatriate wealth holders and regional family offices.


• Build a strong, authoritative media narrative around private equity, private credit, real estate and alternative investments.


• Create and maintain the platform's overarching brand voice, positioning and messaging pillars.

Media Relations


• Develop relationships with premium business and finance media across the UAE, GCC, UK and US.


• Secure high-quality coverage, interviews and expert commentary placements.


• Proactively identify news cycles, market themes and commentary opportunities for executives.

Content & Thought Leadership


• Write exceptional long-form articles, op-eds, press releases and ghostwritten LinkedIn posts on private-market themes.


• Translate complex financial topics into clear, authoritative content suitable for sophisticated investors.


• Manage video production and video content with scripts, talking points and editorial framing.

Client & Account Leadership


• Act as day-to-day lead with senior stakeholders across the client's organisation.


• Coordinate with the creative, production and strategy teams at IHC.


• Lead reporting, analytics and quarterly communications reviews.

Required Experience

We are looking for someone who combines financial understanding with PR excellence.

Essential


• 5+ years experience in financial PR and communications - app experience a huge bonus.


• Strong knowledge of private markets, investment vehicles and HNWI wealth trends.


• A proven track record placing stories in premium regional and international outlets.


• Excellent writing and editing skills — precise, analytical and strategic.


• Confidence engaging directly with senior investment leaders.

Preferred


• Experience with financial-services clients, especially private equity, asset management, wealth management or fintech.


• Background in business reporting, investor relations, or economic commentary.


• Familiarity with alternative investments, portfolio construction and private-market structures.


• Understanding of HNWI and family-office communication dynamics.
