Waves Investments & Properties L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven OFF Plan Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, and the ability to bring along their own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Independently close deals while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and company growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value property deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to bring along and manage their own sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
