Off-Plan Sales Manager

to manage a team of Off-Plan Property Consultants.

Your Role

As our
Off-Plan Sales Manager

, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale

a high-performing team of off-plan sales agents.

  • Drive sales

across all major UAE developers, launches, and upcoming projects.

  • Establish strategic relationships

with developers, clients, and channel partners to expand LPH's off-plan presence.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies

that deliver measurable growth and consistent results.

  • Represent LPH

at launch events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.

  • Oversee the full sales process

, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and client satisfaction at every stage.

  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team

to optimize lead generation and campaign performance.

  • Coach and motivate your team

through goal setting, performance reviews, and one-on-one mentorship.

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years

of proven success in Dubai's off-plan real estate sector.

  • A personal or team sales record exceeding
    AED 100 million+ annually

.

  • Strong network across
    UAE developers

and an in-depth understanding of the market.

  • Exceptional
    leadership, negotiation, and client relationship

skills.

  • A
    results-driven mindset

with the ability to inspire high performance.

  • RERA certification

preferred.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
