About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
IT Specialist for Digital Signage and LED Screen Configuration
to join our team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that powers
digital LED screens, signage networks, and display systems
across various environments.

You will play a crucial part in designing and implementing the
end-to-end IT setup
for digital signage projects — from screen connectivity and content distribution to network integration and system performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the
    IT architecture
    for digital signage and LED display installations.
  • Configure
    media players, controllers, and content management systems (CMS)
    for LED and LCD displays.
  • Set up and manage
    network infrastructure
    , including routers, switches, firewalls, and remote connectivity tools.
  • Integrate signage hardware with
    cloud-based platforms
    and ensure secure, stable content delivery.
  • Work closely with
    AV technicians, designers, and project managers
    to ensure smooth deployment from concept to go-live.
  • Conduct
    system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
    of deployed signage solutions.
  • Implement
    security best practices
    and monitor system performance to ensure uptime and reliability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    IT infrastructure, system integration, or network engineering
    — ideally within the digital signage or AV industry.
  • Strong understanding of
    LAN/WAN, IP addressing, VPNs, and remote access protocols
    .
  • Experience configuring and managing
    media players, signage CMS platforms, and LED controllers
    .
  • Familiarity with
    hardware components
    (screens, video processors, control systems) and their IT requirements.
  • Knowledge of
    cloud platforms, IoT devices, and content scheduling systems
    is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
