Role Purpose

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Manager and Executives in executing high-impact marketing projects aimed at maximizing profits, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales across the Motors Division. You will also play a vital role in promoting Ali & Sons' products and services through innovative and well-coordinated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead support for event planning and execution—including product launches, product placements, and showroom activities across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

• Assist in executing communication plans and coordinating advertising materials, including EDMs, digital assets, outdoor campaigns, and telemarketing efforts.

• Create and deploy SMS content to support marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate production and installation of showroom graphics and visual displays.

• Manage marketing stock, source suppliers, and handle reordering processes.

• Assist in preparing all marketing reports, including AME quarterly financial documentation.

• Handle quarterly AME budget management and support claims.

• Utilize Google Analytics and digital tracking tools to support performance analysis.

• Oversee CRM data management and reporting through the Fusion system, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.

• Use SAP to analyze data for aftersales warranty and service communications.

• Fully manage customer loyalty software—monitoring the database, performing analysis, and generating reports.

• Process LPOs and invoices while coordinating closely with marketing partners and the Accounts Department.

• Conduct market research, analyze questionnaires, and compile insights.

• Perform competitor analysis and circulate findings bi-monthly.

• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.

• Languages: Fluency in English (essential).
