Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator Industry: Immigration & Manpower Supply Location: Abudhabi Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations and marketing activities in our immigration and manpower supply services. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, managing leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong communication with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, client coordination, and documentation Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales records Coordinate with consultants, recruiters, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and follow-up reports Track sales performance, targets, and weekly/monthly reports Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed clients Marketing Coordination Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) Coordinate promotional activities for immigration programs and manpower services Manage social media content, basic promotions, and lead generation activities Coordinate with designers, agencies, or vendors for marketing materials Conduct market research on immigration trends, competitor activities, and manpower demand Client & Partner Coordination Act as a point of contact for clients, agents, and corporate partners Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, immigration consultancy, or manpower supply (preferred) Knowledge of immigration processes and overseas recruitment is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages are an advantage) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills Skills & Competencies Sales support and coordination Marketing execution and lead generation Client relationship management Negotiation and persuasion skills Time management and attention to detail Teamwork and problem-solving Benefits Competitive salary + incentives Performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities in immigration & manpower services Supportive team environment
