About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main technical contact for our key clients. You will help them use our payment solutions successfully, solve technical issues, and build strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical support.
  • Understand client needs and help optimise their payment solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Support sales with demos, training, and product workshops.
  • Manage technical projects such as new payment methods and migrations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Collect client feedback and share it with product and engineering teams.
  • Stay updated on payment industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
