Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, and investments. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients in identifying properties that meet their needs and preferences, negotiating terms, and managing property transactions from start to finish. The consultant will also maintain strong client relationships, stay updated on market trends, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Consulting and Sales, with the ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and ensure a positive client experience
  • In-depth knowledge or experience in the Real Estate sector
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close transactions successfully
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are highly advantageous
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
