About the Role:

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads through company channels and personal networks
  • Advise investors on
    ROI, payment plans, and off-plan opportunities
  • Guide homebuyers through their full purchasing journey
  • Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring RERA compliance
  • Collaborate with developers, mortgage partners, and internal teams to offer
    360° solutions
  • Stay updated on Dubai's market trends, new launches, and competitor products

What we looking for:

  • 2–5 years
    Real Estate experience in Dubai (
    off-plan experience preferred
    )
  • Strong skills in closing, negotiation & relationship-building
  • Presentable, with
    excellent English communication
    (Arabic, Russian or Turkish any one language is must)
  • RERA certified or willing to obtain
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM systems & lead management tools (preferred)


Salary + Commission Options

  1. AED 4,000–5, %–40% commission
  2. Commision only: 50% commission-Company leads

Personal leads start from 60%–70%
depending on company structure
