We are looking for an administrative and operations assistant to support our Dubai‑based company with daily administrative, logistics, supplier coordination, and basic marketing activities.
This is an employment position based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support (emails, documents, coordination)
- Communication with suppliers and service providers
- Purchasing coordination (reagents, consumables, equipment)
- Order tracking, logistics follow‑up, and shipping coordination
- Liaising with partners and third‑party companies
- Basic marketing and business development support:
– contacting companies and potential partners
– email and LinkedIn outreach
– market research and lead identification
Required Profile
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, detail‑oriented
- Comfortable with administrative and logistics tasks
- Marketing or operations experience is a plus
- Biotech background is a bonus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
