Job Description

Plus UAE Group is hiring an experienced Client Administrator to manage client coordination and execution of Legal, PRO, Visa, Emirates ID, CICPA, and Trade License services in Abu Dhabi.

This role requires hands-on experience dealing with UAE government procedures, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client files independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to queries related to:
  • UAE Visa services
  • Emirates ID
  • CICPA / Security Pass
  • Trade License issuance, renewals, and amendments
  • Provide clear clarifications on procedures, timelines, and requirements to clients.
  • Prepare and issue proposals, quotations, and work orders after client confirmation.
  • Follow up with clients for pending documents, approvals, and payments.
  • Coordinate with Typing Centers, Documentation Teams, and PRO departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Track and update all client service statuses in the internal database/CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Take full ownership of assigned client files from initiation to closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi in Legal, PRO, or Business Setup services.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • UAE Visa procedures
  • Emirates ID
  • CICPA
  • Trade Licensing and Renewals
  • Experience dealing with UAE authorities and portals.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Candidates

  • Experience in a Business Setup / PRO services company in Abu Dhabi.
  • Familiarity with TAMM and Abu Dhabi government portals.
  • Organized, responsible, and client-focused professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
