Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Talent Recruiter - Arabic Speaker. The Talent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, creating job postings in both Arabic and English, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to meet staffing requirements. The role also involves leveraging various recruitment channels and strategies to ensure efficient hiring and maintaining records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience within the real estate industry is a plus
