We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruitment Resourcer
to support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, identifying, and engaging top talent across engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder communication, and a passion for building high-quality talent pipelines within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, talent databases, referrals, and social media) to source high-calibre candidates globally.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Deliver market-mapping insights, competitor analysis, and talent availability reports to inform hiring strategies.
  • Pre-qualify candidates through screening calls, CV reviews, and competency-based assessments.
  • Provide accurate and compelling role briefs to candidates, ensuring they understand job expectations, company culture, and the manufacturing environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and shortlisted candidate packs for hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the ATS.
  • Ensure sourcing activity aligns with SLAs, hiring timelines, and global recruitment standards.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with end-to-end recruitment activities as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally in external communications, events, and online platforms.
  • Support targeted outreach campaigns for critical roles and high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Promote culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability across all candidate touchpoints.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within industrial manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or technical sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills with proven experience using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working within global or regional teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
  • Detail-oriented & organised – manages data, timelines, and tasks with precision.
  • Proactive & resourceful – seeks creative sourcing solutions and acts independently.
  • Relationship-driven – builds trust with hiring managers, candidates, and teammates.
  • Business-savvy – understands industrial/manufacturing environments and technical job requirements.
  • Continuous learner – stays up-to-date on recruitment tools, labour market trends, and sourcing best practices.
