This position is
only
for candidates with a minimum of 3
years of experience as an Automation Trainer
and having a strong passion for teaching, training, and consulting.

  • Strong expertise in industrial automation systems like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Control panel, IIoT, BMS, etc., and excellent skills in training.
  • Strong expertise and up-to-date knowledge on the hardware and software on automation platforms of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, and other major OEMs.
  • Job responsibilities include training individuals and corporate clients at the institute's training facility or at the client's premises.
  • Prepare the course curriculum and regularly update the course materials
  • Responsible for managing the systems, training panels, softwares in the lab and upgrading them regularly.
  • Support student counsellors to prepare a suitable technical proposal as per the training requirements from students and corporates.
  • Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering degree
  • Good command over English language
  • Deep knowledge of
    training industry
    methodology.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
