Position: Sr. Instrumentation and Control Engineer
Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Control Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Trained application systems certifications are preferred.
Registration and participation in a relevant technical society to stay abreast of technology.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 years' relevant experience in automation information systems, specifically with RTDB/SCADA application experience in the oil and gas industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent technical knowledge in automation information systems, specifically RTDB, SCADA and CTMMS.
- Effective interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good programming skills in tools such as SQL and C/C++ and
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Excellent ability to independently evaluate, select, and apply engineering theory
