We are a boutique ERP implementation and IT consulting firm, established in the UAE. Having successfully delivered multiple ERP and digital transformation projects, we are now in a strong growth phase and are actively enhancing our operations and sales capabilities to support regional and international expansion.

For this growth phase, we are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to support our B2B ERP and enterprise software sales initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how enterprise solutions are positioned, qualified, and sold in real-world scenarios.

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote Internship

Location: Remote (Global)

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential extension or full-time opportunity)

Commitment: 40 hours per week as per UAE Calendars and Work Hours

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Managers, Operations Heads, IT Managers)
  • Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls (scripts and training provided)
  • Qualify leads for ERP solutions using structured frameworks
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior consultants
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records
  • Follow up with prospects professionally and consistently
  • Support basic market and competitor research
  • Work towards weekly outreach and meeting-setting targets

Who Should Apply

  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, MIS, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals and senior stakeholders
  • Curious about ERP systems, digital transformation, and B2B consulting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Prior exposure to ERP, SaaS, CRM, or B2B sales is a plus (not mandatory)
