Fen is seeking for a Marketing Executive professional who is creative, data driven passionate about food service industry and understand how to connect with our target audience.

  • Ideal candidate should be UAE national,
  • 2-3 years background in hospitality marketing and food service industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • Main Responsibilities:

· Social Media Strategy & Content Creation – Manage all company social media accounts.

Developing content for websites, create engaging written and visual content (photos, videos, graphics, captions).

· Driving Sales – Planning & executing campaigns aimed at directly influencing purchase decisions and generating leads.

· Product Promotion – Creating & managing advertisements (both digital and traditional) promotional materials and product launches. and execute community outreach programs and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

· Market Analysis - Conducting research and analyzing data to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance and identify new opportunities and consumer trends in food service industry.

· Collaboration – working closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with the objectives.
