Hive Homes Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based boutique real estate advisory specializing in residential sales, leasing, and property investment. As we grow our in-house creative team, we are looking for a talented Photographer / Videographer / Content Creator
with 
proven real estate experience
 to elevate our property and brand content.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content
 for property listings, agent branding, and social media platforms—primarily Instagram & Tiktok. This role requires a strong eye for detail, an understanding of real estate marketing, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit 
    professional property photography
     (interior, exterior, lifestyle shots)
  • Create 
    property walkthrough videos
    , short-form reels, and branding content
  • Produce 
    social-first content
     optimized for Instagram and digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with agents to guide them on-camera when required
  • Ensure fast turnaround times for listings and campaigns
  • Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with Hive Homes' brand standards
  • Support open houses, launches, and marketing campaigns when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    2 years of experience in real estate photography/videography
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate-focused work
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Photoshop
  • Own professional camera equipment is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, and content performance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots
  • Based in Dubai or willing to work on-site across Dubai
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
