About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic
Content Creator & Video Presenter
who can transform complex topics into compelling, scroll-stopping content. If you're a storytelling powerhouse who thrives both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, this role is for you.

As our Content Creator & Video Presenter, you'll lead our digital presence across the Recruitment, Migration, and Study-Abroad sectors—creating content that doesn't just engage, but genuinely impacts lives by helping people navigate their career and education journeys abroad.

What You'll Do

Video Presentation & Hosting

  • Host and present high-quality short-form and long-form video content with confidence
  • Deliver on-camera presentations that connect with diverse audiences
  • Bring scripts to life with authenticity and engaging delivery

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan and script compelling video narratives that simplify complex topics
  • Write platform-specific, factual, and engaging captions
  • Execute trend-based content strategies that drive engagement
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging micro-assets

Creative Design & Execution

  • Design striking posters, carousels, and campaign assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform best practices

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator and Video Presenter (home-country experience valued)
  • Native-level proficiency in Malayalam for on-camera work and scripting
  • Professional-level English language skills
  • Exceptional video presentation and delivery abilities
  • Camera confidence and natural on-screen presence
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating your ability to drive engagement through video and design

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience or knowledge in Healthcare, Recruitment, or Migration sectors
  • Understanding of audience psychology and engagement metrics
  • Experience with content repurposing and cross-platform optimization
