Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include managing customer service interactions, providing training to enhance team performance, and driving sales growth through effective communication and decision-making. The specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to meet business objectives and represent VORTEM's values and commitments.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Capability to deliver Training and support to team members for improved performance
  • Proactive and self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is beneficial
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing within industrial, construction, or energy sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
