Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Licensing Sales Specialist SaaS Solution, located in Dubai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales for SaaS solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and training clients on how to use the SaaS solutions effectively. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and provide feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Tech Licensing Sales Specialist -UAE
Consistently build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving or surpassing annual sales targets.
Communicate fluently in Arabic to effectively engage with regional clients.
Drive growth in the Tech Licensing product portfolio by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to client onboarding, training, and post-sale support.
Deliver service that reflects Talentera's core values and customer promise.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling by nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Manage a portfolio of 100–120 assigned clients using a mix of transactional and consultative sales strategies.
Conduct engaging and persuasive online product demonstrations for potential clients.
Provide professional, timely after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and success.
Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, prioritizing retention and relationship building.
Promptly address and resolve client concerns to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Sustain and increase transaction volume and revenue across your assigned client base.
