Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor (Car Care) to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience, accurate job processing, and efficient workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service and repair needs
  • Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
  • Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors to ensure timely job completion
  • Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Upsell value-added services and maintenance packages when appropriate
  • Ensure warranty, insurance, and service documentation is properly processed
  • Maintain service records and follow company SOPs and safety standards
  • Mentor junior service advisors and support team performance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or car care center
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in workshop management systems and MS Office
  • Leadership skills and problem-solving mindset
  • UAE experience and driving license (preferred)
