We are seeking to expand our team by hiring a
Business Head - AV
to join us with an established track record of developing and managing AV Business.
He or She will be responsible for
driving topline growth and improving gross margins
across AV products, solutions, and services. The role owns
P&L, revenue strategy, pricing, cost optimization, and margin expansion
, while building a sustainable and scalable AV business.
Job Details – Business Head - AV
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement business strategies for the AV division to achieve company goals and objectives.
o Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
o Set and monitor performance metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
o Revenue and Profitability:
o Budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the AV division, ensuring profitability and cost management.
2. Revenue Ownership
o Own
end-to-end revenue targets
for the AV business (annual, quarterly, monthly).
o Define and execute revenue growth strategy across enterprise, government, retail, education, hospitality, and channel partners.
o Drive new customer acquisition, key account growth, and wallet-share expansion.
o Build and manage sales pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion ratios.
o Identify and launch new revenue streams (solutions, managed services, AMC, SaaS, system integration, leasing, etc.).
3. Gross Margin (GM) Management
o Own gross margin targets at business, product, project, and customer levels.
o Design and enforce pricing strategies to balance competitiveness with profitability.
o Improve margins through:
o Vendor negotiations and sourcing optimization
o Product mix rationalization (high-margin vs low-margin offerings)
o Solution bundling and value-based selling
o Cost control in logistics, installation, and service delivery
o Track and reduce margin leakage due to discounts, cost overruns, or poor project scoping.
4. P&L & Financial Governance
o Full P&L ownership for the AV business.
o Prepare and manage annual operating plans (AOP) and budgets.
o Monitor revenue vs GM vs OPEX to ensure EBITDA improvement.
o Establish financial dashboards for revenue, GM %, contribution margin, and customer profitability.
5. Customer and Vendor Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
o Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Operational Excellence:
o Oversee the execution of AV projects and services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards.
o Implement best practices and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Market and Competitive Analysis:
o Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
o Position the company as a leader in the AV industry through effective marketing and brand positioning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10years of experience in the AV industry, with at least 5years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of AV technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensations
Monthly CTC up to AED 20K-30K Including
