About The Position
Overview

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our financial planning, analysis, taxation, and reporting functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing funding, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, and driving business growth through strategic financial management.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the company's financial planning, analysis, taxation, and reporting functions
  • Serving as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions to secure funding
  • Ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
  • Developing and implementing innovative accounting techniques to optimize reporting, taxation, and funding structures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustainable funding
  • The Finance Manager will lead the company's financial planning, analysis, taxation, and
  • reporting functions, while serving as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions
  • to secure funding on behalf of the company and its stakeholders. The role requires a strong
  • command of financial strategy and management reporting, coupled with proven experience
  • in advanced financial structuring, all while ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and
  • Corporate Tax regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CA or MBA in Finance, Accounting
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax), and funding negotiations
  • Knowledge of innovative accounting techniques that align with regulatory compliance and business optimization

SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess

  • Financial Institution & Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to represent the company with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
  • Financial Planning, Analysis & Strategic Accounting skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Management Reporting skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management skills, with experience in monitoring liquidity and working capital requirements
  • Taxation, Compliance & Governance skills, with knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws
