Client Services Director - Senior Appointments Product & Agile Delivery & Business Change GCC

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces for our clients AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for translating wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity designs, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system.
  • Design intuitive and engaging interactions and micro interactions.
  • Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and a user-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
