Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time
Creative Producer
who is deeply comfortable with AI-powered content creation. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, speed, and performance.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, supporting paid marketing, brand storytelling, and internal initiatives across multiple ecommerce brands.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a concept-only position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create image and video content using AI tools for ads, social media, and brand assets
  • Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance feedback from the marketing team
  • Assist in generating ad variations, hooks, visuals, and formats at scale
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers to align creatives with campaign objectives
  • Maintain brand consistency while producing content across different portfolio brands
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools and creative workflows
  • Support internal presentations, pitch decks, and brand materials when needed

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    AI content creation tools
    (image, video, or motion)
  • Ability to produce creatives quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Experience creating creatives for e-commerce or D2C brands
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and styles
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to take feedback positively
  • Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Dubai

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Meta and Google ad creative formats
  • Basic understanding of CRO or creative testing frameworks
  • Motion, short-form video, or ad-focused design experience
