About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Specialist who is fluent in AI-powered tools to support asset development, creative process optimisation and training content development. You will become our go-to specialist for all AI creative projects, supporting us in developing key creative assets for campaigns and wider project deliverables using AI tools.

Tyde AI will handle all client communication and delivery - you will focus on the creative and production components.

This is a long-term freelance partnership, with ongoing work as we continue delivering creative and AI-powered projects in parallel.

What You'll Do

Creative Asset Development

  • Develop key creative assets for client projects and campaigns using AI tools.
  • Confidently operate image, video and audio-generation tools including:
    Weavy.AI,
    Midjourney, RunwayML, Descript, ElevenLabs, Adobe Fireflies, Shutterstock AI, Canva AI, Nano Banana, Veo 3.
  • Combine AI-generated outputs with traditional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) to refine assets to a professional standard.

Creative Process Optimisation

  • Support Tyde AI in optimising creative workflows using AI tools.
  • Curate reliable, efficient tech stacks for different types of creative production.

Training Content Development

  • Contribute to training content development for AI creative workshops and programmes.
  • Support internal teams in preparing demos and practical walkthroughs of tools.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Proven track record delivering creative projects and advising brands.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with AI creative tools across image, video and audio.
  • Ability to confidently curate and operate an end-to-end production stack leveraging AI tools and legacy editing software.
  • Examples of AI-generated creative work, with clarity on the tools used in production.
  • Strong interest and active upskilling in GenAI over the past 2–3 years.

Preferred

  • Experience with rapid production tools like Canva, CapCut and Weavy.AI.
  • Ability to enhance AI outputs with legacy editing tools for final delivery.
  • Familiarity with optimised creative pipelines or production workflows.

Not a Fit

  • Individuals with a purely AI technical background without practical creative project delivery.
  • Profiles lacking brand-facing creative experience or hands-on production capability.
