Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with pediatric experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with children and adolescents, delivering evidence-based psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions in clinical or educational settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses for children and adolescents
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Provide counselling and therapeutic interventions for emotional, behavioral, developmental, and learning difficulties
Work closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support child development
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with DOH regulations
Participate in case discussions, progress reviews, and treatment planning meetings
Ensure ethical practice and adherence to professional standards at all times
Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology / Educational Psychology / Counselling Psychology or related field
DOH / HAAD License (mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years of clinical psychology experience, with proven pediatric exposure
Total experience range: 2–5 years
Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
