Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing psychological evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy to individuals with various mental health conditions. The psychologist will conduct psychological testing and assessments, design treatment plans, and offer counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support the clinical goals and to provide clinical supervision when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health intervention techniques
  • Strong skills and experience in Psychological Testing and assessing diverse patient needs
  • Experience in Clinical Supervision and supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Empathy, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to create a therapeutic and supportive environment
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure in Abu Dhabi)
  • Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is advantageous
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and multilingual abilities are a plus
