About the Role

The Growth Marketer position is a mid-to-senior level role focused on accelerating business growth for a PropTech company operating in the dynamic Dubai real estate market. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, requiring a strategic thinker who can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth initiatives. The position is pivotal in driving user acquisition, increasing engagement, and maximizing retention across digital platforms, with a direct impact on the company's market share and revenue growth in the property technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the PropTech and real estate sector, leveraging market insights and user behavior analytics.
  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across digital platforms including paid search, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and segment user data to identify high-value customer cohorts, tailoring engagement and retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with product launches, feature enhancements, and customer feedback loops.
  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to continuously improve campaign performance and user journey effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and drive personalized communication at scale.
  • Monitor key growth metrics, prepare detailed performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision making.
  • Stay abreast of PropTech industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI across all growth channels.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning within the marketing team.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably within PropTech, real estate, or technology-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO, content marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems for lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and regional digital marketing best practices is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset, with a passion for experimentation and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or growth hacking are a plus.
  • Additional certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable growth results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
