With an extensive network of venues, vendors, and creative partners, the company offers end-to-end event management solutions. Services range from corporate conferences and product launches to weddings, cultural festivals, and event support like catering and entertainment. Serving clients across the region, Shalom Group FZE is committed to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions.

As we expand into more seasonal and large-scale events, we're looking for interns who want real responsibility. This is a hybrid role. Work is remote, with on-ground presence required during events and meetings.

Role Description

Role 1: Event Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing events
• Coordinate with vendors, guests, etc
• Help manage registrations, guest lists, and timelines
• Support on-ground operations during event days
• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving under pressure

• Students or fresh graduates with basic experience or knowledge in events

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
  Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  (Relevant hands-on experience can substitute formal education)
• Prior exposure to events such as college fests/events, youth events, internships, or freelance work
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage last-minute changes, and adapt quickly
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours, especially during event days
• Must be based in the UAE or able to attend events in Dubai

Role 2: Event Marketing Intern

What You'll Do

• Assist with social media planning and posting
• Create marketing creatives (posts, stories, posters, reels)
• Support event promotions and audience engagement
• Help with content ideas, captions, and reels
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, or behind-the-scenes content when required

• Students or fresh graduates with an interest or experience in marketing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
  Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, Business or a related field

(Relevant hands-on experience can substitute formal education)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Canva (mandatory);
Adobe tools are a plus
- Familiar with
social media content, reels, trends, and audience engagement
- Interest in branding, promotions, and event marketing
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes content)
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Must be based in the UAE or able to attend events in Dubai
