Position Title: HR Employee Engagement Specialist (Emirati National)

Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Department: Human Resources

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and motivated Emirati National to join our HR team as an Employee Engagement Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage employee-related matters and ensure that all HR records and documentation are accurately maintained. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about employee relations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations and provide HR support to staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately.
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates effectively to employees.
  • Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Emirati (UAE National)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters sensitively.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
  • Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
